Getting two sandwiches took about 35 - 40 minutes. There were just 4 orders ahead of mine, and they all waited long too. People were high-fiving and cheering when food came out. My burger tasted good - like a normal burger - but oddly, it kept braking into pieces. Food = 3, service = 1. Every business has bad moments. I'll try them again if there are no other customers waiting. But if I see 2 or more waiting for food, I'm looking elsewhere.

I'll echo what others have said - these burgers are at a premium price. At that price, my expectations are high - a premium product. The beef used for the burger was not remotely fresh, and had neither flavor nor texture. I'm near certain it was from cheap frozen restaurant supply patties. It was basically a cafeteria-grade sandwich. The Cajun fries were... Fine? Kind of disappointing, also - not crispy, and very uneven. Altogether, it felt kind of low effort for the cost. A big disappointment, and a surprise - I love Mexa-Maya.

I went to the Bloomington food truck. It was SO good! Very fresh and high quality ingredients, while still being delicious comfort food. I highly recommend trying a burger there.

I came here hoping to get a delicious burger. What I got is regretting my life choices. If you're going to have a burger food truck, use fresh hamburger. These patties are obviously the cheapest pre-made frozen "beef" patties this vendor could find. The meat is questionable, the picture looks better than what it tasted. I'll give it two stars for decent fries. I payed about 20$ for the burger and cajun fry. It'd be 4 stars if he used fresh beef. The bun and topping were sloppy at best. Anyone 5 staring this place was drunk.

I’m highly unsatisfied! I felt like these guys robbed me for my money. I’m from South Carolina and I’m not very familiar with the different styles of food here that greatly differs in the South. Long story short I bought a hotdog from them and I asked the guy if the chili had beans in it and he told me no. When I got my hotdog it was full of beans and it was growling over the sauce of the chili.
